|Recommended: YesComfortable space for the cost — Apartment is well maintained and tenants are respectful and quiet. Not having central air and heat is not the greatest, but does help to keep utility costs low.
|Recommended: NoExpensive, don't want to fix anything — Expensive, don't want to fix anything the right way, can never park in a decent spot later at night. Very high electric bill.
|Recommended: YesPrivate Community — Security locked and private buildings make for comfortable apartment living. I had some trouble getting used to the laundry card system but once I had it down it is rather easy to get laundry done on-site. Quiet building and neighbors also make for comfortable apartment living.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment — This is a great place to live, we just moved up here in the summer. Oregon is a great little town and the apartment is very spacious.
|Recommended: YesIt has been going downhill since the office moved off properity — I would say it was once a good place to live, but now rent it getting a bit to high for similar communities in the next town over stoughton not many other apt communities in this town oregon to compare to.
We once had 2 washers and 2 dryers that worked well now we have one each and the new dryer has to run at least 2 times to dry clothes. We now have to go to the laundry mat instead it is cheaper, the dryer works very well there, and we lost the convenience of doing laundry at home.
The grounds use to be cleaner as well as the hallways and basement until the office left now we have a weekly cleaning service that comes and cleans the halls but thats it. The front door of my building is broken and will not shut all the way, they been here to fix it many times but its just bandaid as you can see the door hangs low on one side because the hinge it bent. after they try to fix it it slowly gets worse and worse until it cant even be forced shut by pulling or pushing it without fear of using to much force might break the glass.
residents use to have a good few days I believe it was 5 before rent was late, now its only 2 funny because a letter taped to my door said 3 when I asked about it they said they were updating to be more like other apt communities, WHY would you want to be like the others I chose this place because it stood out from the rest and didn't feel so much like a big corp. machine and more like a home not and average apt complex.
